I got a two-wheeler loan from Hinduja Finance. I always paid my EMIs on time through ECS. However, when I applied for a new loan, they said I had 10 late payments. Their customer service is terrible. Who can I contact to resolve this issue?

You can file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman, whose office address you can find on the Reserve Bank of India’s website. Additionally, you can lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) if you believe the lender has acted unfairly.
