I filed a patent while studying at Amity University. After facing some health issues, I resigned. I’ve now finished my patent and sent all the details to Amity University for completion. However, they’re not responding to my emails and claim they can’t answer non-Amity emails. Who should I reach out to now? My patent completion deadline is nearing, and I’m worried it might lapse.

You should contact the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (CGPDTM) directly. Explain the situation and request guidance on proceeding with the patent application. You can also seek legal advice from a patent attorney who specializes in handling patent applications.
