I enrolled in a Red Hat and Cloud Computing course at IIHT Punjabi Bagh, paying the full fee upfront. After a few classes, the trainer left unexpectedly, and the institute hasn’t provided a replacement. They’re offering a 50% refund, but I haven’t even completed 30% of the course. What can I do in this situation?

You can demand a full refund as the institute has failed to deliver the promised services. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to seek redressal for deficient services. You can approach the consumer forum or file a complaint with the institute’s regulatory body.
