You can file a complaint with the police and lodge an FIR (First Information Report) alleging cheating and forgery. You can also file a civil suit for recovery of your money and damages against both the agent and builder. You should also approach the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Rajasthan for redressal.
