You have options beyond the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. You can file a complaint with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, or initiate civil legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction.
