I booked two flats in a society, but the builder hasn’t delivered them despite promising a specific completion date. Construction hasn’t even started. How can I get my money back, and is there any way to claim compensation for the delay?

You can approach the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and file a complaint for non-delivery and delay. RERA can order the builder to refund your money with interest and may also impose penalties for the delay. You can also pursue legal action in a civil court to recover your money and seek compensation.
