I booked a flight ticket on MakeMyTrip and paid three times, but haven’t received a confirmation. It’s been 15 days and my money still hasn’t been refunded, even though they say it should take only 5 working days. What can I do to get my money back?

You can escalate this issue with MakeMyTrip’s customer support. If they fail to resolve the issue, you can file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) or with the Consumer Forum. You can also consider legal recourse through a civil suit in a consumer court.
