I booked a flat in Pune under the PMCM Gharkul Yojana through Maple Group and paid a service charge of ₹1900. It’s been over a month since April 16th and the transaction is still pending, despite filing a written complaint. The police haven’t taken action yet. In another instance, I paid ₹25,000 to Shree Kabir Udeshi for a BioGas unit but it hasn’t been installed. I haven’t received a refund even after filing a police complaint. What can I do?

You have a right to pursue legal action against both Maple Group and Shree Kabir Udeshi for non-delivery of services and non-refund. You can file a consumer complaint with the district consumer forum or a civil suit in the relevant court for recovery of your money and compensation for the delay and inconvenience.
