I booked a flat in Greater Noida back in March 2013, with a promised possession date 30 months later. But it looks like I’m still a long way off from moving in. Looking at the construction progress, it seems I might not even get the keys for another two years. What can I do about this? Can you advise me on my options?

Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, you can approach the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to file a complaint against the builder for delayed possession. You can also seek compensation for the delay, including interest on the amount paid.
