Dear Sir/Madam,
The BSES enforcement team recently conducted a raid in our neighborhood. While they filmed every house, they surprisingly cleared several houses operating as PGs, despite clear evidence. However, they unjustly accused my family of running a PG, even though we live there ourselves and have no tenants. No male or female students, luggage, or clothing were found at my residence.
What are my options for addressing this unfair accusation? Should I file a complaint against the BSES team, or should I reach out to the media or social media platforms with supporting documents?

You can file a formal complaint against the BSES team with the relevant authorities, providing evidence of your family residing at the house. You can also lodge a complaint with the local police if you feel harassed or intimidated by the team. Reaching out to the media or social media platforms might also bring attention to the issue, but it’s advisable to first exhaust legal options.
