Your society cannot prevent you from building a toilet within your shop as long as it meets local building regulations and does not infringe on any other common areas or property rights. They also cannot restrict your access to the existing society toilet, especially if it is already being used by others, unless there are specific clauses in your agreement or by-laws prohibiting it. Consult a lawyer if you face further obstruction.
