Bought a new car from a dealer in December 2015, and it’s been giving trouble right from the start. We have a warranty covering manufacturing issues, but the repairs haven’t fixed the problem. The whole experience has been very stressful. What should we do now?

You can file a complaint with the dealer and if they fail to address the issue, you can approach the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If the vehicle’s defects are major and persistent despite repair attempts, you have the right to demand a replacement or a refund.
