UGVCL’s disqualification of candidates with “Electrical & Electronics” degrees, despite a Delhi High Court ruling deeming it equivalent to Electrical Engineering, is a violation of the court’s decision. The students who meet the court’s criteria should challenge this decision and seek legal recourse, as the exam is scheduled for September 4th, 2016.
