However, the MFM designation was changed to MBA (Financial Management) in 2015, as per a notification in the Gazette of India. Would my MFM qualification be considered equivalent to MBA (Financial Management)? If BSFCSCL rejects my candidature based on this, I am prepared to seek legal recourse. The course content of both degrees is identical. Please guide me on this matter.

Your MFM qualification from BHU should be considered equivalent to MBA (Financial Management) due to the official Gazette notification. If BSFCSCL rejects your candidature based solely on this, you have legal grounds to challenge their decision, particularly since the course content is identical.
