You can appeal the dismissal order of the execution case within 90 days from the date of the order to the District Judge, as per Order 43 Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Alternatively, you can file a revision petition to the High Court if the District Judge is the court of first instance.
