My professor gave me a zero in internal marks, saying I was absent for the viva and test. I was there both times! I even showed her proof with 6 classmates as witnesses, but she still insists I was absent. I’ve written to the principal twice, but nothing’s changed. It’s so frustrating, constantly reaching out. Can I file a case? Does the Juvenile Act apply to college students? Any advice?

Yes, you can file a case against your professor for unfair evaluation and academic misconduct. The Juvenile Justice Act does not apply to college students, as you are considered adults under Indian law. You should consult a lawyer to explore legal options and gather evidence to support your case.
