My lawyer left my case and said I need an official printout of a Bombay High Court citation for my civil matter in Pune District Court. Is this true? The citation has all the case details, so can’t I just submit a printout I have? I’m planning to represent myself in court. What’s the best way to submit the citation?

Indian law does not require you to submit a court citation in a printed format, especially if you have a digital copy. You can submit a printout of the citation, or even just provide the citation details in your written submission. The Pune District Court may have specific rules for electronic filings, so it’s best to check their website or contact them directly.
