My father runs a tailoring shop, sharing the space with a laundry business owned by someone else. Both of us were sub-tenants under the original owner, who has now filed separate cases asking us to vacate the premises. The laundry business won its case in the High Court, but my father’s case is still pending in a lower court. Is there any chance my father can get his part of the shop premises partitioned? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
