My case was settled out of court through a written agreement. But now I want to challenge this settlement and have my case decided on its merits. Is it possible to revoke the compromise and get the case back in court?

Generally, a valid compromise agreement is binding and enforceable under Indian law. However, you may have grounds to challenge the agreement if it was obtained through fraud, coercion, or misrepresentation, or if there is a material breach of the agreement. You should consult with a lawyer to determine if you have a valid legal basis to revoke the compromise and have the case heard in court.
