My brother has filed a case against me over our land. He’s put a lis pendens on the entire property. How can I remove this lis pendens and can I sell the land while the case is ongoing?

Under Indian law, a lis pendens restricts the transfer of property involved in a legal dispute. You cannot remove it yourself. You can apply to the court to get it vacated, but this is unlikely during the case. Selling the land while the case is ongoing may be legally permissible but highly risky, as the buyer will inherit the existing legal dispute.
