My brother has filed a case against me over our land. He’s put a lis pendens on the entire property. How can I remove this lis pendens and can I sell the land while the case is ongoing?

Under Indian law, a lis pendens restricts the transfer of property involved in a legal dispute. You cannot remove it yourself.
