It appears you’re facing unfair treatment. Under Indian law, all businesses must comply with local regulations and obtain necessary permits. Contact the MCD office in writing, citing the existing godowns storing hazardous materials, and requesting an impartial investigation into their compliance. If you suspect corruption, file a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Bureau.
