I’m in the middle of a legal dispute with a society and have filed an injunction against them. However, I’m worried the president and secretary might resign, making the injunction ineffective against them. Could I add them individually to the lawsuit, alongside the society itself? I’m concerned they might exploit loopholes later. The case is at the argument stage, and I’m waiting for the first hearing date. Are there any legal provisions that allow me to include their names individually? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
