I’m a Hindu from Kolkata, my father lives in our village. We have two brothers, and my father, who is now 85 and a retired teacher, gave me two property deeds in 2015. But last year, he suddenly filed a case against me in Chuchura, alleging that I tricked him into signing the deeds and kept him confined at my home. He even got a temporary court order against me. He claims I forged the deeds with my lawyer, even though he returned to our village after signing them. He hasn’t reported any of this to the police yet. What can I do to win this case? I’d appreciate your expert advice.
