I’m a 68-year-old living in my own flat. My neighbour, a 32-year-old lady, has installed a noisy air conditioner on her balcony wall, which is shared with my bedroom. The constant vibrations and loud noise from the unit are making my flat unbearable. This seems to have been installed without any permission or payment to the electricity department. How can I resolve this issue and get some peace and quiet back in my home?
