Dear Sir,
Our Rangwa community, classified as OBC, has a long-standing organization, the All India Rangwa Samaj, established in 1969. However, in 1988, a separate group emerged, collecting subscriptions from our community members. Could you advise us on how to address this situation and prevent their activities? They have registered their organization as well.
Thank you,
Ajay Rangwa

Under Indian law, your community has the right to form and operate organizations. You can address the situation by: 1) Engaging in dialogue with the separate group to understand their objectives and find common ground, and 2) Seeking legal counsel to explore options such as challenging their registration if it violates any legal norms or infringes on the rights of your established organization.
