Indian law doesn’t specifically define “Not Fit for Technical Education” certificates or their issuance. Institutes generally have internal rules based on academic performance, misconduct, or inability to meet technical requirements. However, issuing such a certificate should be justified, documented, and a transparent process involving the student.
