Is there any UGC guideline or other law that protects my right to get attendance for medical leave?

The UGC Guidelines on Attendance require colleges to allow students to make up for missed classes due to medical reasons with a valid medical certificate. The Symbiosis Law College, as a UGC-recognized institution, should adhere to these guidelines and grant you attendance for your medical leave. You can approach the college authorities again citing the UGC Guidelines and your medical certificate.
