Is it possible for a court hearing to be scheduled before someone receives a court summons?

No, under Indian law, a court hearing cannot be scheduled before a summons is served on the concerned party. The summons must be served to ensure that the individual is aware of the legal proceedings and has the opportunity to prepare a defense.
