My cheque bounced, and I sent a legal notice to the address the person gave to the bank and me. But they’ve moved! What should I do now?

You should file a complaint with the police under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The police can then help locate the individual and assist in recovering the amount due. You can also consider filing a civil suit in court to recover the amount from the defaulter.
