The bank is required to provide clear and timely notice of any changes to account terms, including minimum balance requirements. As you have not received any notice and your claim of non-receipt is supported by your family, you have grounds to contest the deduction. You should immediately contact the bank and formally complain, seeking clarification and potential reversal of the deduction.
