You can approach the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and file a complaint against Bajaj Capital. You can also consider filing a civil suit in a court of competent jurisdiction against Bajaj Capital and the companies where you invested. You can also seek legal advice from a qualified lawyer regarding your specific situation.
