You are eligible for compassionate appointment as your father was martyred while serving in the army. You should apply to the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for consideration, not the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) in Jabalpur. The MoD will process your application and decide on your eligibility for compassionate appointment.
