You can approach the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) or file a writ petition in the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution, citing the delay in processing your promotion despite meeting the eligibility criteria as per SRO 84/2013. It’s advisable to first seek redressal through internal channels within the Naval Armament Department.
