Under Indian laws, a soldier who has served for 15 years is eligible for a pension. However, the denial of pension in this case could be due to the allegations of multiple marriages, which might be considered grounds for dismissal. The medical discharge and the 95% gratuity suggest that the soldier’s claim for a Disability Pension might be under consideration.
