Should we report a person from India, working in Dubai, who shared inappropriate photos of a woman on Facebook, to both Dubai and Indian authorities?

Indian law does not explicitly allow for depositing money with the family court to settle a divorce case. However, if both parties agree to a settlement involving financial terms, the court can approve the agreement and enforce the payment.
