Eligibility
Experience: 2 to 4 years in IT Industry preferably who had worked and supported India and US region.Law GraduateGood understanding of commercial law; strong subject matter expertise; able to provide sound and practical legal advice on contractual issues.Excellent research, analytical skills; able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on compliance/ legal issues effectively.Written and oral communication skills.Problem solving and analytical skills.Keen attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of awareness to be able to face clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders.Proficient in MS Office, especially in Word & Excel, ability to quickly learn software solutions and contract management tools.
