I’m facing trouble getting jobs after leaving HDFC Bank in 2015. I worked there for almost two years but faced harassment and pressure to resign. When I refused, they fired me without explanation. I was unwell at the time and signed a resignation letter to avoid conflict. Now, potential employers are rejecting me due to negative references from HDFC Bank, even though they claim to have given a neutral report. This has been going on for over a year, and I’m struggling to find work.
