You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner in Mumbai, citing the company’s failure to pay your salary and final dues. You can also seek legal advice from an employment lawyer who can file a lawsuit against the company for wrongful termination and non-payment of dues. Additionally, you can approach the conciliation officer for mediation.
