I was hired by a company just two weeks ago. They asked for my original educational certificates during onboarding, promising to return them when I leave. Now, without warning or a proper termination letter, they’ve told me to quit. They refuse to pay my salary for these two weeks and won’t give back my certificates. What are my options?

You have the right to receive your salary for the two weeks worked, even if you’re asked to quit. You can demand your certificates back and file a complaint with the labor department if they refuse. If they refuse to pay your salary, you can file a legal case against them.
