You can file a consumer complaint with the Consumer Forum in Pune. You can claim a refund, compensation for the increased hair growth, and costs incurred for legal expenses. Your chances of winning depend on the evidence you provide, including the treatment records, doctor’s assurances, and evidence of increased hair growth.
