I had laser hair removal done at Visage Clinic in Pune in September, October, and November of 2015. I paid the full amount of ₹75,000 for four full-body sessions. The doctor assured me that after these sessions, hair growth would be drastically reduced, leaving only very fine hairs. This was supposed to be evident within a couple of months.
However, in 2016, I’m experiencing increased hair growth on my hands, chest, and legs. The doctor said this might be because they didn’t use a higher energy level during the treatments. I’m requesting a full refund.
Can you advise me on what steps I can take in this situation? What are my chances of winning a case against the clinic? Could I also claim reimbursement for legal fees and other expenses incurred?

You can file a consumer complaint with the Consumer Forum in Pune. You can claim a refund, compensation for the increased hair growth, and costs incurred for legal expenses. Your chances of winning depend on the evidence you provide, including the treatment records, doctor’s assurances, and evidence of increased hair growth.
