The Court noted that none of her actions were reported to the police earlier. The suicide note lacked a date and did not mention any clear reason or recent provocation.
It failed to show any direct involvement of the wife or her family in encouraging the suicide. With no evidence of instigation, the Court dismissed the appeal and confirmed the trial court’s acquittal.
