Online method – File a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (www.nch.gov.in).
Offline method – Submit the complaint at the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (DCDRC) with all supporting documents.
Pay the applicable filing fee – The amount depends on the claim value and the forum level (district, state, or national).
Obtain the acknowledgment receipt – A reference number will be provided to track your case.
